A: Certainly, we encourage applications from candidates living overseas; however, it’s important to note that we do not presently offer remote work for overseas locations. If you are offered a position at Nin-Ja Company, you will be required to relocate to Japan. In such cases, we are committed to providing visa support and assisting with your living arrangements.
Please keep in mind that proficiency in either Japanese or English is a prerequisite, and for specific roles, Japanese language proficiency is mandatory.

Regarding the Hiring Process
A: The screening process usually spans a timeframe of approximately 1 week to 1 month. Given the substantial number of applications we receive, we will only reach out to individuals who successfully progress through the screening process.
A: The standard screening process consists of the following stages: Document screening ⇒ Initial interview ⇒ Subsequent interview (The entire process can extend from 1 month to 3 months before a formal offer is extended.) Please note that the number of interviews may differ, and there may be instances where you are requested to submit an assignment. It’s essential to emphasize that only individuals who successfully clear the document screening will receive an invitation for an interview.

About the Company Policies
A: The time off policy includes weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays, a five-day summer vacation, paid leave, and additional leave for special occasions like congratulatory and condolence leave.
A: Normally, your training will primarily involve on-the-job training (OJT), although we also provide workshops and e-learning opportunities to support your professional development.
